• Arbitrage betting — exploiting unusual differences in odds — is prohibited on Caji, and any winnings from such activity may be voided.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited — accounts suspected of this will be suspended.

Odds fluctuating during live betting is completely normal. Occasionally, a slight difference between the displayed odds and the accepted odds may occur due to server latency — this is expected system behaviour and Caji is not liable for it.

Caji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the promotions page. Below are the general bonus policies that apply across all offers:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn — these vary depending on the specific bonus.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time — wait until the current one expires before claiming the next.

• Opening an account while being underage.

If an account is closed, any balance found to be within policy will be returned to the member following an investigation. However, if fraud or a breach of rules is established, the entire balance may be forfeited.
